Meet the Founder
I am Kristy Martin, the founder of PetMatch Concierge. I created this service because finding the right sitter should feel personal, thoughtful and comforting rather than overwhelming or uncertain.
I remember what it felt like to search for someone I could trust in my home and with a pet I loved. That experience shaped the standards I hold today and the care I bring to every match.
I pay close attention to who people are, how they communicate and the way they show up. Over time, I noticed that the qualities that make a great sitter are not found in a profile or a quick list. They appear in the details you can only learn by asking the right questions and taking the time to understand the person behind the application.
PetMatch Concierge was built around that belief. The right connection matters. Character matters. Trust grows when the introduction feels intentional and when both sides feel seen and supported.
My role is simple. I learn what families need. I learn who each sitter is. Then I bring the right people together in a way that feels clear, respectful and aligned.
I created PetMatch Concierge to make that process easier and to offer a level of care and attention that brings peace of mind to everyone involved.

Why I Started
PetMatch Concierge
PetMatch Concierge was created because I saw a real need for both for pet parents and for sitters.
Pet parents wanted more than a list of names. They wanted someone vetted, trustworthy, aligned with their home life, and consistent in communication and care.
Sitters wanted clients who respected their time, valued professionalism, and appreciated the work they do.
I realized there was a better way to bring both sides together.
PetMatch Concierge was built from that place: a place of wanting families to feel supported and understood, a place of wanting sitters to feel valued and connected, and a place where every introduction is made with intention, not chance.
It combines who I am, what I value, and what I believe pets and people deserve.
And it’s built on a simple idea: the right match brings peace of mind to everyone involved.
